Role and Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative with Mae Trongkamasataya State Farm, you will play a pivotal role in helping individuals and families protect what matters most to them. Your key responsibilities will include
  1. Sales and Customer Acquisition Engaging with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and recommending tailored insurance and financial products that align with their unique requirements.
  2. Lead Generation Proactively seeking out new business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and community involvement.
  3. Consultative Selling Conducting in-depth consultations with customers, identifying their coverage needs, and presenting suitable solutions in a clear and understandable manner.
  4. Customer Relationship Management Building strong and lasting relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  5. Team Collaboration Working closely with our team to achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications
  • Sales Experience Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but we welcome individuals with a genuine passion for sales and a determination to succeed.
  • Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey insurance concepts and provide top-notch customer service.
  • Customer-Centric A strong commitment to providing outstanding service and building long-term relationships with clients.
  • Goal-Oriented A self-motivated and goal-driven individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Insurance Knowledge While not required, familiarity with insurance products and industry practices will be advantageous.

Compensación $36,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
