"I called to get a quote for auto insurance. Unfortunately because I haven't had insurance for a very long time I was ineligible. The insurance agent by the name Aide was extremely professional and very informative along with a great awesome Sense of humor. I told them to keep my information on file and we can try again in a few months. She explained the process entirely and told me to look for other carriers in the meanwhile and afterwards in a few months we can try again. Thank you AIDE"
